Online Giving Instructions

City of Madison Employees
  1. Click the button below if you are a City of Madison Employee. 
  2. Enter your User ID.  This will be your Employee ID # (4 or 5 digit number).
  3. Enter your password.  Your password will be wi + your birthdate in 6 digit form. (Ex. August 27,1990 is wi082790)
Dane County Employees
  1. Click the button below if you are a Dane County Employee.
  2. Enter your User ID.  This will be your work email address.
  3. Enter your password.  Your password will be wi + your birthdate in 6 digit form. (Ex. August 27, 1990 is 082790)

Online Pledging Instructions

  1. Log in using the links and instructions above.
  2. Select and add any umbrellas or non profits you'd like to designate funds to.  You can designate different dollar amounts for each nonprofit or umbrella you're directing funds to.
  3. Select your Payment Option - Payroll Deduction, Credit Card - Paid Now, Credit Card - Paid Later, or ACH - Paid Now and provide the information needed.
  4. Review and submit your gift.
  5. Thank you! A confirmation email with the details of your gift will be emailed from publicsector@uwdc.org
