A community that cares is made up of people whose hard work provides for themselves, their families and for neighbors in need. That is who we are – Public Employees Care. And together we “Give a little to change a lot.”
In these tough economic times where we see budget reductions and depleted resources it takes a community coming together, people like us to make a difference. The City and County Employee Combined Campaign is your best resource to come together to make a difference in our community.
In the 2017 campaign we gave more than $249,000. This year, we hope to continue to make a difference in our community and around the world and we need your help. If you have never participated in the campaign, please join your co-workers in supporting the worthwhile charities in the campaign. Even small contributions, like $1 per pay period, make a big difference. That's why this years theme is "Give a Little, Change a Lot."
To donate, choose from more than 300 wonderful local, national and international nonprofit agencies. Donate through payroll contribution or by a cash contribution and then watch your gift work. Together we empower people with disabilities, the elderly, victims of abuse and violence, and the homeless. We protect our lakes, rivers and forests. We feed and shelter disaster victims, and help people around the world.
Together, we empower our community because that’s who we are: Public Employees Care.
Give a Little, Change a Lot.
"Remember that you are needed. There is at least one important work to be done that will not be done unless you do it."
